Education & Personal Background
Before joining Almazan Law, Cameron attended Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, Cameron served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Mary Scriven for the Middle District of Florida and as an intern with Tampa’s City Attorney’s Office. Cameron also served as a research assistant to Professor James Fox, researching 19th century African American Constitutionalism, and Professor Ellen Podgor, researching White Collar Crime and International Criminal Law. Cameron was also a member of the Black Law Student Association. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Cameron continuously volunteers with the Metropolitan Ministries in the Tampa Bay Area and has also Partnered with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office to provide pro bono expungement services. Cameron has also partnered with LifeNet4Famiies to package meals for Fort Lauderdale families in need. Cameron has also volunteered with the Jack and Jill Center, helping sort and organize donations received to help families recover from the storms/floods. Cameron is a member of Tampa’s George Edgecomb Bar Association and Broward County’s 211 Broward.
In his spare time, Cameron enjoys spending time with his friends and family, trying out new restaurants, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, attending sports games, and watching his favorite college football team the Oklahoma Sooners.
