Our firm is seeking an associate level attorney from recent qualified graduate up to 2 years of real estate transactional and litigation experience for an immediate full-time position. Experience or a career interest in associated real estate related litigation is preferred but not a requirement. We believe transactional real estate experience is immeasurable when an understanding of real estate litigation perspective accompanies it. This is an excellent mentoring program for those who are hired.

This position presents each of the following opportunities:
Developer representation and associated document preparation, land use and due diligence coordination
Residential and commercial title insurance and closings (after 6 months, the firm will evaluate obtaining agency licensure for you with either First American or Old Republic/The Fund Insurance)
Distressed asset and institutional lender representation, handling loan sales and forbearance agreements
Ability to handle litigation matters including the preparation of pleadings, discovery, and motions on private client cases
This position requires each of the following qualifications:
Strong academic credentials, communication and organizational skills
Excellent research, drafting and writing skills (writing sample re quired)
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Florida bar admission or pending results from July exam
